I stayed at this wonderful apartment for a weekend getaway with my family. The standout feature is definitely the fantastic location, just a block away from the waterfront and Brighton Pier. We loved being in the heart of the city, with the Lanes, restaurants, and pubs right at our doorstep. The apartment itself was compact but had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a comfortable bed. The large lounge/diner/kitchen was a lovely space to relax in, and the provided standing fans were much appreciated during the hot weather. the apartment was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Great central location, just a block away from the waterfront and Brighton Pier, with the Lanes, restaurants, and pubs at your doorstep. The sofa bed could be more comfortable, as it felt broken. It would be better if there was a bigger TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom.

The kitchen in the apartment was so well-equipped, I felt like a Michelin-starred chef. I could have cooked a feast for Gordon Ramsay himself.

Who needs peace and quiet when you can have 73 steep stairs and a laundry list of "don'ts"? Just what I wanted for a relaxing vacation.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The bathroom had a bonus feature – a bath! 🛁 And it was small but well-kept. The location was a big plus, being very close to the seafront, and there was a charming Italian restaurant nearby, making it very convenient.

The bedroom here is separate and has a great view of the city, there is a large bar available, and the location is amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from a distinctive Asian-style palace.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven, allowing for easy meal preparation. The flat-screen TV with streaming services was a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom had soundproof walls, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment offered city views, providing a lovely backdrop during our stay.

Maintenance issues with sink stopper, electric points, and dishwasher not cleaning everything in the load. Tiny and compact shower/toilet room, may not be suitable for larger individuals.

We got great value for our money with the Brighton Lanes Cosy One Bedroom Apartment. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the lively lanes, the seafront, and the iconic Pier. The staff treated us with kindness and professionalism, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit too cold for my liking. But I understand others might appreciate the sleek look it adds to the apartment.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, right in the heart of the vibrant Brighton Lanes area. Despite the central location, the bedroom is quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and elegant, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, making the check-in and check-out process smooth.

One specific situation we encountered was having to collect/drop the keys from a nearby store. Although it was a bit of a hassle, it was a minor inconvenience considering the overall quality of the flat.
